Metallic Powder Coating
Overview
use a self-developed bonding process to achieve molecular-level bonding of special metal pigments (aluminum silver/copper gold/pearlescent, etc.) with polyester resin substrates. Through silica composite coating technology, metal particles show directional arrangement characteristics during electrostatic spraying, and even large-sized substrates such as curtain wall panels can maintain color uniformity of ±0.5ΔE.
This series covers 15 hue systems, with a metal particle content of up to 20%, breaking through the process bottleneck of 6% in the traditional dry mixing method. Thanks to the acid and alkali resistance modification treatment, the coating passes the 10% hydrochloric acid/5% NaOH accelerated corrosion test, and with the fluorine modification technology, it achieves a 15-year outdoor warranty.
