What is advantage of fluorocarbon powder coating
(1) Fluorocarbon powder coating is in solid powder form and does not contain any solvent. It does not generate any organic waste gas and wastewater during the production and construction process. It not only meets environmental protection requirements, but also saves the cost of waste gas, wastewater and other treatment.
(2) Unlike solvent-based fluorocarbon coatings, it does not require paint mixing during the construction process and can be used directly, which can reduce labor costs.
(3) Compared with solvent-based fluorocarbon coatings, it consumes less electricity during the construction process, which can save costs.
(4) Only one coat is required, the process operation is convenient, and no additional production equipment is required.
(5) The construction process can use not only horizontal spraying but also vertical spraying. Using vertical spraying can reduce more costs.
(6) Fluorocarbon powder coatings cannot replace solvent-based metallic color fluorocarbon paints for the time being because there are many problems and defects in making metallic colors
